# GXP (GEMX Points)

Activity Measurement Index

GXP serves as a measure of user activity and engagement on the GemX Network platform. It reflects each user’s active or passive performance based on the amount of GXP they hold. GXP is not just a score but also unlocks many benefits within the ecosystem: Participation in Activities: GXP is used to join events, challenges, and activities within the ecosystem.

Unlocking Exclusive Content: Users can use GXP to access exclusive content and features available only to active participants. Potential Conversion to Governance Token: In the future, GXP may be convertible into governance tokens, allowing users to participate in shaping the platform’s direction.
